when the reporting verb is in the present,present perfect or future,there is no change of tense.
example:
she say,"I'm late"
she says that she is late.
she has just said that she is late.
she will say that she is late.
2-If the reported clause is"wh" question,the question becomes a statement:wh+subject+verb...
example
he asked,"who is that boy
He asked me who that boy was.
