Let's imagine that you invented an instrument after long time of working on it……..
You are now the only person who can turn it on\off
And you are the only person who knows what is good for it and what is bad for it .In other words, what can make it work well and what can break it down……..
You put this information in a small book (catalogue) and put the instrument free for all people, each one a single instrument only…….and you warned them with the importance of the catalogue for this instrument. You told them that all what you want from them is to admit that
1- YOU ARE THE ONLY ONE WHO DESERVE THANKNESS
2-To take care of themselves and the instruments in order to live happily,
3-You will ask everyone what he\she does with this instrument.


People took this instrument and started to use it ……
Some people followed the information in the catalogue and used it correctly
Others refused to use the catalogue claiming that when you invented this instrument you were just playing and therefore you don't actually know how to use it or even why you did invented it.
So, they started to make new catalogues for YOUR instrument.

The results were that people who used the catalogue lived happy and easy lives……
While people who refused to use the catalogue, their instruments broke down and their lives turned to hell because they abused the use of the instrument.
Not only they abused the use of their instruments; nay, they started to damage others 'instruments and turn their lives into destruction.


But, when they came back to you, they asked you to give them new instruments and promising you that they will use it correctly………

I believe that I understand the "instrument" you are talking about as the body we have . It's just a temporal consignment from our God who put the information about its right use in the Holy Quran . We call the Quran as our guide in this life because it does not miss any instruction about any situation we may face . For those how cannot understand it clearly , we have beside it the "sayings of the prophet" which explain more and more ...

So, the one who miss an instruction of these , certainly , he/her may damage him/herself in a harm way and also may damage others …

Anyway , you didn't write what is the question nor what exactly you want us to say .... so I wrote what I was thinking about while reading the topic

First I have to admit you are adding new touch in this section of English conversation and topics.
Back to your let us imagine….
Well I believe that what Manar referred as an instrument in her topic, is any instrument you can imagine or not imagine. I can mention some though they are zillions:
Cars, machine guns, computers, cell phones, etc.
But when I read this metaphoric topic I instantly imagined religion and as our current days show us that Islam is going worse and worse and I will say how:
Muslims like us _ moderate ones _ are those who adopted the instrument of the creator, followed the catalogue so we make goodness and receive good records for our deeds. Another Muslims _ fundamentalist _ like Al Qaeda and whatever, those people took the instrument _ Islam _ and refused to listen to god or what he wanted from his nations, and followed the wicked orders of the US and Musad, and let us imagine this:
What Usama Binladen the wicked evil leader had done?
He corrupted Afghanistan the beautiful country, then he planned to destruct the Islamic World via his attack on the two towers. Thus Muslims _ moderate and fundamentalists _ faced new troubles and essential troubles for the life-to-come.

So as we see, people who followed the holy writ of god are doing good and live in peace if we supposed no traditions are corrupting those of weak-natured people while the fundamentalist who posed themselves as the leader of Muslims and they are who teach the doctrine.

One question?
Do you ever heard that BinLaden tried to attack Jerusalem or Tel aviv? For sure it is easier for him to do than to attack US. But who comes? He is the secret-brain-washing-agent of Musad, who turn poor and despondent people from their normal life to their terrorist few months.

What I really meant by 'instrument' is human being with the most important part of him\her which is "MIND". Because other creatures have no mind to "THINK"; and that's why human being is the most perfect creature in this universe.

What I meant by "catalogue" is The Holy book besides the prophet

What is the right definition of "moderate Muslim?"

Is that who take from the 'catalogue' what they want, and drop what they don't want???

In the English Topic 'Frankness sitting ' you answered:
